Biblical Audio Commentary – A Bag with Holes

Have you ever wondered why so many Christians don’t seem to live an abundant life, whether spiritually, financially, or health-wise? It shouldn’t surprise us that those in the secular realm don’t possess these attributes. If someone ignores or despises God, that person would certainly have no blessings from Him. Of course, we have to ask: What about the pagans who seem to be wealthy and in great health? If they’re far from God, they surely don’t have any spiritual connection to Him. God says these may enjoy life today, but eternally they are doomed to suffer. Perhaps temporal blessings while being far from God aren’t so wonderful after all.
