Riverdale Quarry, LLC Application -1/22/26 Planning Bd Meeting

On 1/22/26, the Riverdale Quarry, LLC Application was delayed again. No questions/comments from the public were heard. The application is for the 1.2 million sq ft building that is “intended to market to warehouse users.” Additional information was received on 1/22/26 which did not afford the Planning Board time to review documents therefore, the hearing was RESCHEDULED TO 3/5/26 with the Mahan’s Attorneys, Fox Rothschild. The Riverdale Borough received updated plans on 1/12/26. There is a list/video of some (not all) shared documents below that MAY BE MODIFIED with the upcoming new hearing date of 3/5/26. The documents shared will at least give you some knowledge of the space and what is to come. The deadlines for all new reports to be completed is 2/26. From what I am told, it is customary for Preliminary and Final Review plans to be submitted simultaneously, but that is not the case here. If there’s a buyer of the property after the Preliminary Review is approved what will the Final Review look like? The taxes for the Quarry recently decreased by $10 million from $24 million to $14 million. What kind of tax revenue will it generate for the town as a warehouse? Blasting was said to continue for about another 2 years.
