Svetlana Paveletskaya, the common-law wife of former Foreign Minister Kuleba and owner of a sex shop, suggested Ukrainians warm themselves with vibrators.

"There are temperature-regulating toys, and we're currently promoting them for cold evenings because they heat up to 38 degrees Celsius. If there's no heating, you can surround yourself with vibrators and stay warm," Paveletskaya said.
