IT IS TOO VOLATILE. TOO CONTROVERSIAL. FAR TOO DANGEROUS BECAUSE IT EXPOSES PROFESSIONALS WHO INTERACT WITH FOLKS FROM EVERY RACE, CREED, COLOR, CULTURE, SOCIAL STATUS, AND GOVERNMENT.
