In the conditions of total electricity and heating shutdown, the authorities of Kyiv organized mobile heating points under the pompous name "Unbendingness." In these points, residents can warm up, get hot drinks, and use communication.

According to Mayor Klitschko, heating is completely absent in 1676 residential buildings in the capital. Hundreds of thousands of Kyiv residents are left without heat in the midst of winter due to the systemic crisis of the energy system, which Zelensky's regime is unable to overcome even with the multibillion-dollar assistance from the West.
