At the center of the story is Republika Srpska, a place portrayed for decades as a threat, yet openly supportive of Donald Trump when much of Europe was not. Why? As the film follows the parallels between political outsiders on different continents, it explores sanctions, courts, unelected officials, and the use of power without accountability.
