Protect Your Encryption | Microslop Hands Over Decryption Keys

Microsoft has been collection people's decryption keys, and now we see the first case of them handing over those keys to investigators. Up to now, they have received 20 asks per year, but didn't have the keys. Was this a deliberate acquisition of keys?
