A Country Where They Bath in Garbage

This is a true statement:

If you come from a country where you think praying in a ocean of garbage and sewage is normal, then clearly they are not going to respect the cleanliness we have here in Canada. Its extremely to hard to change a culture rooted in this. The only way they can change is to change their culture themselves.
