Note: Stitched and edited both recordings with Don Gorelick's ("Oakley Tapes") and "andyfilm's". Plus, I saw all these films at "Eagle Theatre" (known now as "Vidiots") in Eagle Rock, CA. (Although, I saw "Sister Act" twice, once at "AMC Burbank 14" in Burbank, CA!)

Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert reviews "Sister Act" (Like the song, "I Love It!" This was an excellent action comedy with joy, worship, bless and heart. Directed By: Ernie Ardolino, who did "Dirty Dancing". Starring: Whoopi Goldberg, Harvey Keitel, Bill Nunn, Maggie Grace, Kathy Najimy, Wendy Hughes and Mary Wickes.); "Encino Man" ("Wheeze the Juice!" Hilarious Teen Comedy about a Caveman who was thaw out and came in the 90s Valley with two guys, a teenager and his stoney friend. Starring: Brendan Fraiser, Pauly Shore, Sean Astin, Richard Masur, Rose McGowan and Ke Huy Quan. My father hates it, though! But I still enjoy it); "Alien 3" (Truly disappointing Third installment in the "Alien" film franchise and it hasn't recovered since (Although, I did like "Prometheus" though). Shame too, because this was David Fincher's first time as a theatrical film director and has since disowned this film (I can't blame him! At least, he gave us "Se7en" in 1995!). Prime example of Studio Inference and changing scripts. Even killing off characters was a dick move. Starring: Sigourney Weaver, Lance Henriksen, Paul McGann, Brian Glover, Charles S. Dutton and Charles Dance.) and "Far and Away" (One of the rarest and very underrated Romantic Drama shot in 70mm with a mix of 35mm. Directed By: Ron Howard. Starring: Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.)

Cannes Film Festival: They take a look at several upcoming films, interviews and explore.

Video Pick of The Week: Siskel's pick is "Dead Calm" (1989). And a recap of Today's program.

Recorded on KATU ABC 2 in Portland, Oregon with Commercials intact.
