Clinton Accused of Selling U.S. Green Cards to China — EB-5 Visa Scheme Exposed as Trump Moves to Shut It Down

Explosive allegations surrounding the EB-5 visa program claim it was systematically exploited to funnel Chinese Communist Party–linked money into Democratic political networks tied to Hillary Clinton. According to the claims, hundreds of millions of dollars were routed through “green energy” investment vehicles in exchange for U.S. permanent residency, turning a legal immigration pathway into what critics describe as a national-security vulnerability designed to benefit a globalist political machine.

By January 2026, the operation—described by investigators as a “Red-Green Exchange”—was reportedly declassified following directives from Donald Trump. Investigative units within the Department of Homeland Security are said to have traced how EB-5 investments, classified as business funding rather than campaign donations, bypassed federal oversight and disclosure rules, allowing foreign capital to move with limited scrutiny.

At the center of the allegations is GreenTech Automotive, a high-profile venture promoted as an electric-vehicle revival for the Mississippi Delta. Led by longtime Clinton associate Terry McAuliffe alongside Anthony Rodham, the project is accused of functioning as a “visa mill,” collecting more than $140 million from Chinese investors—some allegedly connected to Beijing’s political structures—while producing little real economic activity.

Investigators further allege that Alejandro Mayorkas, then head of USCIS, intervened to fast-track approvals and override internal fraud warnings. DHS records cited by critics claim that career investigators raised red flags about shell projects and fabricated job numbers, warnings that were allegedly dismissed as visas continued to be issued.

The Trump administration has since launched a sweeping counter-operation, auditing past EB-5 visas using forensic and AI-driven “source of funds” reviews. The effort aims to revoke fraudulently obtained green cards and replace the EB-5 framework with a stricter “Gold Card” model that eliminates middlemen and routes funds directly to the U.S. Treasury. Supporters argue the move ends an era in which citizenship could be leveraged for political influence, while critics brace for the legal and political fallout of what could become one of the most consequential immigration and corruption battles in decades.
