Hey everyone — it’s Leaflit! In today’s video I’m reacting to Warren Smith’s video “Don Lemon Joins ‘SECRET OPERATION’ to Invade Church With Leftist Protestors” — covering a highly controversial incident in St. Paul, Minnesota where anti-ICE protesters stormed a church service, disrupting worship and shouting chants over the pastor’s alleged ties to federal immigration enforcement.

Former CNN anchor Don Lemon was livestreaming part of the protest as it unfolded, and footage has surfaced indicating he had prior knowledge of the demonstrators’ plans to follow what they called an operation into the church — despite him later claiming he was merely there to “chronicle protests.”

Here’s how I see this:

I’m critical of Don Lemon — storming into a church service alongside activists and defending the disruption as “journalism” or a free-speech moment crosses a line. A house of worship is a sacred space where people go to pray and reflect, and interrupting that service with chants and protests is disrespectful to congregants and their faith.

I’m critical of the protesters who raided the church. Even if someone disagrees with the pastor’s views or affiliations, disrupting a service in a place of worship isn’t peaceful protest — it’s intimidation and interference. There are respectful and lawful ways to make voices heard without trampling on others’ rights to worship.

Being loud and angry doesn’t make you right — it just shows a lack of respect for others. Protest isn’t about forcing your beliefs into someone else’s sacred moment; it’s about expressing your ideas without harming or silencing others. Churchgoers deserve to worship in peace.
