In this video, I continue building my Telegram AI assistant and add a powerful new feature: automatic email sorting and summarization. Using Gmail, Make.com, AI, and a Telegram bot, you’ll learn how to analyze incoming emails, remove spam, detect invoices, and send only important email summaries directly to Telegram—so you never miss critical messages again.

This automation checks your Gmail inbox on a schedule, sends the full email content to AI for analysis, and categorizes each email as spam, invoice, or important message. If the email is spam, it’s ignored. If it’s an invoice, attachments are automatically extracted and uploaded to Google Drive, and you’re notified in Telegram. If it’s an important email, AI creates a short, clean summary and sends it straight to your Telegram bot.

Instead of the standard Gmail module, this setup uses the Email module in Make, which allows easier attachment handling and iteration. This is especially useful when working with invoices and PDF files. AI (using Grok / xAI for low cost) acts as your personal email assistant, classifying emails and generating human-readable summaries.

You’ll also learn how to get your Telegram Chat ID, connect your bot properly, and route different email types using filters. The result is a single Telegram chat where you can both talk to AI (from previous videos) and receive real-time summaries of your important emails.
