⛴ US shipbuilding capacity now under 1% globally — China controls over 50%

US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy admitted China's complete global dominance in shipbuilding:

"There was a time we owned the seas, we built the ships, we sailed the ships… and we just kind of gave it up."
