FEMA ESSAY PART 1

Concerning FEMA, It is my goal to help your listeners have a better understanding of what their mission is and clear up some of the ongoing ambiguity surrounding them, especially in times of crisis when they are needed the most.

I had direct contact with FEMA during the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew with made landfall in South Dade County Florida on August 24, 1992

Myself and my 5 junior corpsman were the first medical response team after Hurricane Andrew hit Florida City. We were flown into Cape Canaveral and then to Miami and then by helicopter to what was left of Homestead Air Force Base August 26, 1992

We cleared an area a set up tents and a BAS (Battalion Aid Station), a first aid tent.

Approximately 3 weeks later VIPs began showing up. It was during this VIP visit I learned of what FEMAs real mission is.

I learned this from talking with Mr. Wallace Stickney, who accompanied President Bush when he came to the area. Also actor Gerald McRainey (Major Dad) (he was actually a Major in the USMC Reserves at the time). I spoke with both of them in my BAS while the President was dodging questions a few tents over.

Mr. Wallace was gracious, after I briefed him and told him the civilians were verbally beating me up about, "Where the FUCK is FEMA?" "Why aren't you (referencing me) doing something about it?" I told Mr. Wallace, "Pretty much the same thing you're hearing now from the civilians."

Really there was nothing I could do except provide medical care to the civilians as best I could and direct recovery efforts of the dead that were discovered.

Mr. Wallace told me:
Although their agency title is "Federal Emergency Management Agency (Administration).

They were conceived NOT for disaster relief or community assistance. (Which is what the populous has been lead to believe, rather for other reasons on a national level). They are the leaders in the Continuity of Government program. So, people are being mislead to the real intent of what FEMA isn't and really is.

There #1 job / priority / mission / etc ( fill in the blank ) is to be used during martial or military law for gathering and revovering vital supplies:

(Some of this I learned when I got back to my base at Cherry Point, North Carolina and was debrief and when I asked questions it was explained to me because I had and still hold a Top Secret Clearance).

#1: Arresting and incarcerating American citizens (especially retired military and malitia members as the pose the biggest threat) in FEMA Camps (you are NOT protected under the Constitution/Bill of Rights under martial law). Say goodbye to Habius Corpus!

Btw: There have been several of these camps built and functioning during the Biden reign of terror.

#2: Burying the dead (the old graves registration program). ( Which they did a lot of, all the dead Seminole Indians who died in the Everglades, were collected by FEMA.)

#3: Confiscation of the following:
Food
Livestock
Farm Equipment
Tools
Building supplies
Off-road vehicles
Personal cars/trucks
Tractor/trailers
School buses
Weapons
Ammo
Money (cash)
Jewelry
Precious metals
Electronics
First aid supplies
Clothing ( especially military clothing )
Vehicles
Equipment
Homes / land
Fuel & gas cans
Basically, anything and everything they want.
Peppers are targets ( this is why I want to build an underground bunker. Right now I have half of one ).

There is a manual outlining a priority list of items for collection.

EVERYONE must understand RIGHT NOW. FEMA IS NOT THERE FOR YOU, THEY AREN'T MEANT OR DESIGNED TO HELP. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO TAKE.

When they do a damage assessment, they are assessing available resources they can confiscate not damage.

Those affected by natural disasters must call their insurance company for help or go to a local Claims Center (Most insurance companies will set these up a couple weeks post disaster).

There were several campers set up for people to come and talk with their insurance company representatives by the time I left Florida.

I handed off to a 2 star general who was in command of the 10th mountain regiment when I left. Me a lowly HM1 (E6) at the time.

It was funny that the General answered to me until he got a full grasp of what was going on down there.
