Fasten your apron and prepare for a recipe that’s as legendary as it is slightly questionable!

This recipe yields a thin-style sauce and will feed a large crowd (15+) but can easily be halved to accommodate a smaller gathering.

Ingredients:

• 3 TBSP Oil, Recommend Avocado or Olive
• 4 Large Onions, Chopped
• 3 Lbs. Ground Beef
• 2 Lbs. Sausage, Sliced
• 8 oz Water
• 2 Liter Bottle of Coca-Cola
• 1 Large (40 oz) Bottle of Ketchup
• 1 – 7 oz Jar Green Olives, Drained, No Pits, No Pimentos
• 2 – 4 ½ oz Jars Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
• 2 – 10 ¾ oz Cans Golden Mushroom Soup
• 2 – 16 oz Pack of Spaghetti Noodles
• 18 Boiled Eggs (Optional)
• Meatlicious Seasoning by Sweet Smokie Joe, to taste

Instructions:

PRO TIP: For ease, prepare your chopped and cut ingredients ahead of time.

1. In a large pot, add the Oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the Chopped Onions and cook until translucent, 5-10 minutes.
3. Add the Ground Beef and Sliced Sausage, season to taste with Meatlicious by Sweet Smokie Joe, cook until beef is browned and cooked thoroughly, adding 8 oz of Water throughout the browning process to keep meat from burning.
4. After browning, add the Coke, Ketchup, Olives, Mushrooms and Golden Mushroom Soup.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for a minimum of one hour, stirring occasionally and tasting to see if more seasoning or salt needs to be added.
a. NOTE: Simmering uncovered will aid in thickening the sauce
6. While the sauce is simmering, boil the 18 Eggs and drop them in the sauce 10 minutes before serving.
a. NOTE: This is optional but recommended. Since you are making a quirky spaghetti dish anyway, why not put an exclamation point on it with a boiled egg? Feel free to use as many eggs or few eggs as you wish.
7. Also, while the sauce is simmering, boil the Spaghetti Noodles according to directions and drain.
8. Bowl a serving of noodles and ladle the sauce over, not forgetting 1 egg per bowl.
