*So why am I gaming on my Music/Beatlifter Channel?*

Well, my YouTube channel was demonetized years ago due to inactivity. I had stepped back from music for a long time and therefore was inactive in putting out anything anywhere and was focused on other things.

When I started working on music again, I wondered if it would be possible to get my channel re-monetized and earn some supplemental income. In attempt to speed this process up and help revive my channel, I decided to try streaming. As someone who enjoys gaming in my free time anyways, I figured it wouldn't hurt to turn the camera on and see what would come of it.

To my surprise, regular viewers have been coming back to the stream (thank you by the way!) and seem to be enjoying what I'm doing. It's been a great experience so far and my current goal is to reach the 4000 Public Watch Hours threshold required to be eligible for monetization again.

I'm not sure what I'll do once I hit that goal, I suppose it all depends on how popular the streams get and if it's sustainable to keep going. I've thought about maybe making a separate channel for gaming and returning this channel back to purely music once that goal is hit, but again that all depends on how everything plays out!

So for now the plan is simply to be consistent with the streams, putting out new tunes periodically and just seeing where things go! I'm grateful for all the boyce (lurkers included) that have been joining me for this ride. Thank you!
