🌅 Day 32 — Do Not Withhold What Is Good

Faith is not proven by what we say we believe.

It is revealed by what we do
When obedience costs us something.

Verse of the Day:

“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,
when it is in the power of your hand to do so.”
— Proverbs 3:27

📖 Today’s Readings
🕊️ Proverbs 3:21–35 — wisdom that walks
👑 Matthew 21:18–32 — fruit, not appearance
🌿 Job 22–24 — humility when judgment fails

Solomon reminds us that wisdom is not passive knowledge — it is a way of life.
To withhold good when God has placed it within our reach is not neutrality — it is disobedience.

Jesus warns us through the fig tree and the parable of the two sons:

Words mean nothing without obedience.
Religious language cannot replace repentance.
Fruit matters.

Job then shows us the danger of confident judgment without mercy.
Human wisdom cannot always see God’s timing — and when we assume we can, we misrepresent Him.

Together, today’s readings teach us this:

• Do not delay obedience
• Do not confuse words with faith
• Do not judge what you cannot fully see

God does not ask us to understand everything.

He asks us to walk faithfully —
to repent when needed,
to obey when called,
and to act when love is possible.

🙏 “Lord, help me not withhold what is good when You place it in my hands.”
