DO THESE BILLS HOLD UP TO CATHOLIC TEACHING?

Today I look at four bills in the SD legislature that cover homeschoolers receiving public funds, tightening up a law about when abortions are necessary to preserve the life of the mother, making clergy mandatory reporters on child abuse and neglect, and removing the protections from mothers who get an abortion, enabling them to be prosecuted. How does the Catholic Church view these bills and what can we as Catholics draw from that when we form our opinion on them?
