Physique update. Today I weighed in at 194 on the dot, which honestly sucks because I’m up a pound. I still got all my steps in, but I didn’t drink enough water, and days like this can mess with your head if you let them.

That said, it’s been right around a month since I started. I began at 210 and I’m now down to 194, so I’m still happy with the progress. This is all part of getting ready for a bodybuilding show, and I can’t wait to see my abs again as things keep tightening up.
