The Nickelodeon SpongeBob Spongebash Resignation Incident

In 2009,Nickelodeon aired a SpongeBob SquarePants marathon called "The Ultimate SpongeBob Spongebash" to celebrate SpongeBob's 10th Anniversary. However,the marathon went totally wrong when SpongeBob,and Nick themselves were hacked with disturbing images,SpongeBob becoming creepy and making gore sounds. Kids were terrified and parents called the network wondering what was going on. (That's the reason why SpongeBob is now TV-Y7 these days) Some episodes were modified and altered to look scary. On the final day of the marathon,the hijacker hacked the marathon with a resignation letter telling Nick that he resigned from the company and the episode went on as normal.
