Hey everyone — it’s Leaflit! In this video I’m reacting to two videos by Ben Swann: his controversial 2017 Reality Check news report on Pizz*gate that ultimately got him fired from mainstream TV, and his recent deep dive into the newly released Ep*tein files where he revisits some of the themes he covered back then.

Here’s the context you should know before we break this down:
In 2017 Ben Swann — then a news anchor at CBS46 in Atlanta — ran a Reality Check segment questioning why Pizz*gate hadn’t been thoroughly investigated, even while admitting there was no direct evidence of what the theory originally claimed.
“Pizz*gate” was widely labeled a conspiracy theory by fact-checkers and law enforcement — and various mainstream outlets, including The Washington Post and Snopes, have concluded the specific claim about a child-s*x trafficking ring in a pizzeria basement was false.
After that report, Ben Swann was suspended and later fired from WGCL-TV as the station distanced itself from his coverage, and his Truth in Media site was taken down by station order.

Fast forward to today, and Swann has produced a new video tying themes from the Ep*tein file release — including patterns of child expl*itation among powerful networks — back to early discussion points he raised a decade ago. Some people online now argue that elements of his earlier reporting look less far-fetched in light of real, verified Ep*tein documents and testimony about elite trafficking rings.

I’m critical of those who crucified Swann instead of engaging honestly with the potential — and very real — issue of elite child tr*fficking that emerged later. Criminal exploitation and s*x trafficking rings absolutely exist and must be exposed and prosecuted — that’s not a belief, that’s documented reality, as shown in the Ep*tein files and ongoing investigations.
I’m critical of the media that dismissed every concerning connection as “fake” without transparent investigation. Swann’s original segment asked why there wasn’t a deeper probe — even if his framing and conclusions were flawed, the question about accountability for powerful offenders remains valid.
I’m supportive of Ben Swann for trying to bring attention to uncomfortable issues — even when it cost him his job, and for returning years later to discuss what’s been learned from the Ep*tein documents and other verified investigations.

This is a complicated topic with real victims, real criminals, and real gaps in how powerful people are held to account — and we should discuss it with a commitment to truth, evidence, and justice.
