We currently have a precedential case before the Federal Court of Appeal. We are challenging a $13B E.I. Scandal that occurred during the pandemic.

Around 450K Canadians were denied EI "due to their Misconduct" for "non-compliance with immunisation mandates" despite being legally-entitled to their benefits because their employers were 'acting contrary to law' (cf. EI Act §29[c][xi]).

We conducted a thorough analysis of the EI Laws & Program and proved that EI Leadership engineered new, discriminatory decision-making processes – that secretly changed legal tests & definitions, cherry-picked cases & abused legal processes, inserted logical fallacies, and used pre-written 'decision templates' – and forced them upon EI Decision-Makers.
