Making Limoncello Part 1: Preparing The Fruit

The 1st part of this project is sourcing organic fruit and processing the rinds to be jugged and aged.
We used 95% grain alcohol in the previous projects and will again.
In the next installment we will mix, test and bottle the finished product.
