An alligator in the tub, grizzly snoring on the floor,
Tiger tap dance down the hallway, left his stripe on every door,
Bald eagle on the banister, badger growling, “Mind your space,”
Emily Spinach in a teacup, blue macaw surveying the place.

In this stately old white mansion, marble halls and history’s blood,
Every room recalls a president, while the zoo parades through wood and mud.

(Verse 2)
Old Ike the ram is pacing, raccoon raiding every shelf,
Bobcat on the bookcase, reading law books by himself,
Wallaby’s in the wardrobe, pygmy hippo at the hub,
Longhorn blocks the hallway, mockingbird spinning up the club.

A stately house that holds the heart and hope of every generation,
The people’s White House, wild and warm, our living, breathing nation.
