DON’T LET FALSE TEACHERS REPLACE JESUS

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY PRECIOUS FRIENDS!!!
As I was reading this morning scripture, as well as this morning's devotional, I thought about some of the many false teachers that are out there, especially the ones that I grew up under, and I praise God every day that God got me away from them. I think about the Jim Jones’, the Harold Camping’s the Lester Roloff’s, the Jack Hyles’, Greg Locke’s, And the many more that are out there, that are spreading poison and false teaching, and this first question from this morning's devotional, Is not only appropriate but necessary. Please read this question carefully, and I pray that God challenges and speaks to your heart through it.

When have you seen damage done through false teaching?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me not just from this passage of scripture this morning, but from other very important passages out of God's word on following Jesus not false teachers, and I pray that you listen to it. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that God speaks to you through it and helps you act on this issue.

How can Christ’s example of love help us recognize untrustworthy leaders?

I pray that God gives you a spirit of discernment like nothing else when it comes to anyone who teaches a gospel that is apart from God, and that you HAVE. NOTHING. TO. DO. WITH. IT. I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Remember, my friends, that God has given us His Word, His Holy Spirit, to help give us discernment and wisdom when it comes to these things, so we need to listen to both of them. I encourage every believer to ALWAYS seek God’s Word, when you hear and/or are being taught something that you find questionable. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and use God’s Word to back up what you say! I especially encourage anyone out there, who has a friend, family member, or someone that God's put on your heart, that is being affected/influenced by teaching of any kind that goes against God's word, to ask God to give you wisdom, guidance, discernment, and a compassionate heart to help these individuals who are being deceived. Ask God to help us read the Bible's warnings, as well as what the Holy Spirit is telling us through His Word, to be able to run from spiritual danger, and into God’s loving arms of refuge.
