Nathan Lane To Star In New Penny Dreadful Series

The upcoming Penny Dreadful sequel series has just courted another big star.
According to a new report from Deadline, Nathan Lane has been cast in a lead role in Showtime's upcoming sequel series. Lane will be playing Lewis Michener, a veteran officer of the LAPD who is wise to the ways of the world and ruthless in pursuit of his goals. Lewis becomes the partner and mentor of Detective Tiago Vega (Daniel Zovatto).
