Increasing clouds and chilly Thursday

Wind chills have been in the single digits all day, but at least the sun was out. Now that the sun has set, we get cold with lows of 6 in Milwaukee to -2 inland and wind chills to -10. Thursday starts off with sunshine, then increasing clouds with highs in the mid 20s.
