Info from Licensor: "A man was upset that Air Canada staff asked him to use the sizing device for his bag, claiming he had never been told to before despite flying frequently, he slammed his bag into it forcefully, jamming the bag inside. The video shows him struggling to pull the bag free, and wrestling with the metal bars holding it inside. This happened at the YKA airport in Kamloops British Columbia on February 28/2019. In the end, security helped him, and he was embarrassed and upset."
