Cold but clear in Denver this afternoon

It's a bitter cold start to the week. We saw wind chills around 10 to 30 degrees below zero across northeastern Colorado this morning and it's going to stay cold all day long. We will see plenty of sunshine, but highs will only reach into the upper teens and low 20s this afternoon.
