“Good Morning America” host Robin Roberts interviewed “Jussie Smollett after his alleged hate crime. According to Business Insider, soon after investigators accused Smollett of staging the attack. Roberts was hesitant to interview Smollett in the first place, saying she wanted more information to come in. She said she was put in a tough position because she is a black gay woman interviewing a black gay man.
