Disney's ‘Maleficent’ Sequel Gets New Release Date Of October 2019

SF Gate reports Disney has announced they have changed the release date of Angelina Jolie’s “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil” by seven months. The production company made the announcement on Wednesday, saying the film will now hit theaters on October 18, 2019. The release for the film which is a sequel to the 2014 blockbuster “Maleficent,” had previously been set for May 29, 2020.
