HBO Orders New Series From Phoebe Waller-Bridge

HBO has given a series order to a romantic comedy-thriller “Run” from “Fleabag” and “Killing Eve” creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge. TheWrap reports the network made the announcement on Wednesday. The series stars “Nurse Jackie”s Merritt Wever. Wever will play a woman named Ruby who one day gets a text inviting her to run off with the first person she ever loved. Domhnall Gleeson is also set to star in the series. Phoebe Waller-Bridge will executive produce.
