Michael Cohen Sues Donald Trump Org, Wants Millions in Legal Fees for Mueller Investigation

Michael Cohen has filed a new lawsuit against the Donald Trump Organization, claiming he is owed millions in legal fees he incurred during the Robert Mueller investigation.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Cohen claims his attorneys’ fees were incurred “in service to and at the behest of the Organization and its principals, directors, and officers” and the organization’s failure to pay “constitutes a breach of the Trump Organization’s indemnification obligations under the indemnification agreement.”
