'Transformers' Producer Says Sequel To 'The Last Knight' In The Works

According to a report by Comicbook.com, the Transformers franchise is getting its first spinoff in 2018 with the release of Bumblebee, and now Paramount is reportedly working on plans for a sequel to Transformers: The Last Knight. Producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura said that, despite the last film not meeting Paramount's expectations at the box office, they are working on a sequel which he confirmed will feature Autobot leader Optimus Prime.
