'Supergirl' Actor Accepted Lex Luthor Role Without Reading It

Comicbook.com reports Jon Cryer will debut as Lex Luthor on 'Supergirl' in "O Brother, Where Art Though?"

Apparently, Cryer was so eager to take the role he accepted it without even reading it.

Cryer explained he had been very little detail about what the show had planned for the character, but jumped in excitedly!

I really had to wait until I got the actual words... It was never quite articulated. We always kind of left it up in the air...
