Liam Neeson Apologizes For Controversial Comments

Liam Neeson apologized for his “impulsive recounting” of an incident that happened 40 years ago. According to Reuters, Neeson said he wanted to kill a black man in response to the rape of a friend. He said that while he tried to explain his feelings he “missed the point and hurt many people.” Neeson made the controversial comments during an interview promoting his film “Cold Pursuit.” The film’s red carpet but consequently cancelled and the film did not do well.
