28-year-old Taylor Swift has a huge chunk of her money invested in real estate. Business Insider reports the superstar has a reported net worth of $280 million and owns more than $84 million worth of real estate across the country. According to Trulia, Swift owns eight properties in four different states. She has two properties in Nashville, Tennessee, including a condo in Nashville's Music Row, which she bought at age 20.
