Jussie Smollett Facing Lawsuit From City Of Chicago

Felony charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped but he is still facing legal problems. The City of Chicago wants Smollett to cover the costs of the investigation and is suing the actor. According to Extra, the “Empire” star was accused of paying two brother to stage an attack on himself. Smollett pleaded not guilty and paid a $10,000 bond and performed community service The city thinks the punishment is not enough and wants the actor to pay $130,000 for the investigation.
