Speech Practice goes Wrong (and Funny!)

This poor girl is trying her best to practice a speech, but something – or rather, someone – is getting in the way of her rehearsal! Her little brother decides to be a rascal and show off his new fashion – a plastic bag! This is a funny situation all around. Hopefully she has a good sense of humor about it!
