Ben Carson speaks on new HUD rule

Speaking Thursday on Fox Business Network, Carson pointed out that only one in four Americans who qualify for subsidized housing ever receive any help.

"I’m talking about legitimate American citizens, so obviously we want to get those people taken care of," he said.
