Tornado tears of trees in Columbia

According to the National Weather Service, a tornado touched down in Columbia on Thursday at 3:34 p.m. The NWS Storm Survey classified the storm as an EF-1 Tornado with winds ranging from 86 to 110 mph. They say a portion of a roof was removed from an office building located on the 9700 block of Broken Land Parkway. Numerous trees were also reportedly snapped in the area.
