Joe Biden Back In Chains

During the 2012 presidential election only seven years ago, then-Vice President Joe Biden (who's currently running to be president in the 2020 election) warned black Americans that Republicans such as then-GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney wanted to "put ya'll back in chains."
