Unique Tree Trunk

Info from Licensor: "Hiking along the Steep Ravine / Dipsea Trail into Stinson Beach, we came upon this tree seemingly floating with no base. Upon closer viewing, it was growing from the trunk of another downed tree. We had a lively debate about whether it was a tree or a branch."
