Flash Flood Fills Creek

Info from Licensor: "A flash flood occurred after heavy rain over Nogales. I saw water flowing but when I drove over a crossing further north the flood hadn’t arrived. I hiked down under the bridge and found a spot that was out of the channel with a good view. I then waited for about five minutes and then I could hear broken branches and other debris coming around the corner."
