A Mini-tornado Hit Montreal's Old Port

On August 4th, we received a video of “mini tornado” hitting Montreal’s Old Port. That must of been crazy to watch in person, but plot twist...what happened in the old port was not a tornado. According to a meteorologist from environment Canada, what occurred was called a dust devil.
