Help me Fast! Almost killed a Squirrel Baby! How do I rescue him?

Hi, Fixing my roof and dropped this Squirrel Baby looks like just 2-3 days old, He survived 18 feet drop, He haven't even open his eye, his mother came back to the hole 2 times but went back, because my brother have closed the hole, I have put him on the floor and his mother is not even looking, just tries to go back in the roof hole, Please help me, what should I do??
