Mario Pulls Ahead of the Pack

Info from Licensor: I walked outside of a bar on College avenue in Appleton, Wisconsin and saw these guys Dressed up in Mario Kart costumes racing. I later talked to the one who spun out in the Bowser costume. He said they get together every year to do it and will be doing it again next year!
