Grumpy Old Man Throws Scooter At Noisy Childs Head

This footage shows a grumpy old man throwing a heavy metal scooter at a child's head for making too much noise.

The heavy scooter cracked the boy on the head during the attack in the Russian city of Cheboksary, the capital city of the Russian Chuvashia Republic.

The video shows the man standing in the doorway as a bunch of young children running around outside, he then picks up a scooter which has been put on one side of the doorway, and throws another boy to the left of the CCTV camera.
