Truck Sends Driver to the Shoulder

Info from Licensor: "Merging onto the freeway. I merged from lane 1 into lane 2. A truck in Lane 3 was also merging into lane 2. I was in front of him and merged first. Then he merged and started honking his horn at me. He then switched back into lane 3 and accelerated. He pulled up next to me and attempted to run me off the freeway."
