Second chance for Humane Society of St. Lucie Co.?

The Humane Society of St. Lucie County may be getting a second chance. Monday afternoon, the Port St. Lucie City Council asked staff to analyze a proposal from the new Humane Society director about establishing a facility that would only serve the city.
